- 2% milk, 1/3 cup
- two-thirds cup eggnog
- one jigger (1. 5 fluid ounces) of brewed espresso
- a pinch of crushed nutmeg
Instructions

Collect every ingredient.

Using the steaming wand, warm the eggnog and milk in a steaming pitcher to between 145°F and 165°F (65°C to 70°C).

Make an espresso shot and pour it into a cup. Use a spoon to keep the froth in the mug as you pour the steamed milk and eggnog in.

Step 4
Add the foam with a spoon on top. Add nutmeg to the foam.
