Components
- 20 grams of peeled and coarsely chopped ginger
- one big orange, peeled, with all the pith taken out
- The juice of half a lemon
- half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- to serve, ice
- if desired, add soda water as a garnish.
Approach
- Place the orange meat, ginger, lemon juice, vinegar, and honey into a blender. Blend until it’s creamy. To remove as much liquid as possible, strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher, pressing down with the back of a spoon.
- If you wish, pour into a glass filled with ice and add soda water.
