Components

  • 20 grams of peeled and coarsely chopped ginger
  • one big orange, peeled, with all the pith taken out
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • to serve, ice
  • if desired, add soda water as a garnish.

Approach

  1. Place the orange meat, ginger, lemon juice, vinegar, and honey into a blender. Blend until it’s creamy. To remove as much liquid as possible, strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher, pressing down with the back of a spoon.
  2. If you wish, pour into a glass filled with ice and add soda water.
